Il Soave Classico è l'espressione più fresca e giovane dei nostri vini. E' un prodotto che esce la primavera successiva alla vendemmia, dopo alcuni mesi di affinamento sui propri lieviti ed almeno un mese in bottiglia prima.
Viene prodotto con uve autoctone della zona, Garganega e Trebbiano di Soave. L'affinamento del nostro Soave Classico avviene in vasche di cemento vetrificato.

Nel costruire la nuova realtà, è stata posta particolare attenzione alla sostenibilità dal punto di vista ambientale, economico e sociale.
Sul tetto della cantina è stato posizionato un sistema mediterraneo di raccolta delle acque piovane attraverso un verde pensile, che favorisce il risparmio idrico e consente il reimpiego delle acque meteorologiche.
Il verde pensile ha inoltre la capacità di attutire le oscillazioni termiche diurne ed annue, raffrescando in estate e proteggendo dal gelo in inverno.

In the construction of the new winery, particular attention was paid to environmental, economic and social sustainability.
On the roof of the cellar there is a Mediterranean system for collecting rainwater through a green roof, which promotes water saving and allows the reuse of meteorological water.
The green roof also has the ability to cushion the daily and annual thermal fluctuations, cooling in summer and protecting from frost in winter.

Note: This is amazing Chianti Classico. Perhaps the greatest I have ever tasted. The aromas are so complex with crushed cherries, sour cherries, peaches, bark and hints of meat. Incredible finish with such intensity and beauty. Hard not to drink, but one for the cellar. Best after 2024.

Donnaluce, la nostra seconda bottiglia dai “5 Grappoli” Bibenda 2022

Un vino dedicato alle donne, raffigura in etichetta un “Cameo”, antica spilla indossata dalle aristocratiche. Prodotto principalmente da Malvasia del Lazio con un’aggiunta di Greco e Chardonnay, si presenta giallo paglierino brillante.

Al naso intense sensazioni aromatiche di albicocca e pesca, litchi e mandarino cinese, lavanda, fiori gialli e miele, nocciola, il tutto accompagnato da mineralità salmastra.

Morbido e sensuale in bocca, ammaliante nelle sensazioni fruttate, ben sorretto da freschezza e sapidità e persistente su sensazioni fruttate, con chiusura appena ammandorlata.
