Goodbye April!
An event at Chuo Koen with some crazy weather, Kiddos starting a new school year, 3 new brews, new label designs, digging and prepping at the hop field, and a quick trip out to Kuroshio for Pacific Beer Works opening day… nonstop month!!
Thank you to everyone from all over Kōchi, and all over Japan, for visiting our little brewery and taproom.
Our 2 new March brews are almost sold out!! Less than 50 cans of each remaining so be quick if you would like some.
This month, we have TROPICA HOP, a 6% abv. DDH Juicy Ale; and B A S K, an experimental 5% abv. hybrid brew using a single cryo hop from brew, whirlpool to dry hopping (seen in the photo above.)
Both brews are available in cans, 10L & 15L kegs (Fresh batch of IPA ready soon!)
More original brews coming after Golden Week with more new goals and new brewing techniques.
