1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter 🧈
8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ ripe avocado
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Marinate & Grill the Chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken slices with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill or sauté chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and lightly charred. Set aside.
Prepare the Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
