COCONOの瓶を返品することはできますか？COCONOの瓶は、イベントなどで返却していただければ、喜んでお預かりし、洗浄した瓶をこども食堂やその他の団体に寄付して、引き続き使っていただいています。
なぜ私のCOCONOは以前よりクリーミーでなくなったのですか？
COCONOのココナッツヨーグルトは、専用のガラス瓶で発酵させています。冷蔵庫に入れる前に、瓶をよく振っていただくことをお勧めします。一度振っていただくと、いつもクリーミーなCOCONOをお楽しみいただけます。

My apologies to everyone who has been wondering when they can order their COCONO online - thanks to all of you, we have sold out our latest production batch in record time.
Our final production of 2022 is scheduled for the week of 12 December 2022 - with delivery to all our online customers from 18 December onwards. Pre-orders are available online now for both single purchase orders and subscription orders - order your COCONO now before we sell out!

Whilst we have your attention - here’s some answers to a few questions we’ve received from all of you recently:
Is there a return system for our COCONO jars?
We are still a very small business with an even smaller team - so unfortunately we don’t have the resources to support a return system for the COCONO jars. We are happy to receive your jars when returned at any of our events - we then donate these cleaned jars to KODOMO SHOKUDO and other organisations that can keep using them.
Why is my COCONO not as creamy as before?
Our COCONO natural coconut yoghurt is fermented in its own glass jar. We recommend that you give your COCONO jar a good shake before you put it in the fridge. Once you’ve shaken your COCONO once you can enjoy a perfect, creamy COCONO every time.
