Today our new leaves of IBUKI garden at Kanes farm have been plucked by our contracted farmers.
As this cultivar has much amino-acid, we can make it Tempura tonight.

雨上がりの茶畑は、暑いくらいでした。
本日は、カネス、息吹茶園の新芽の摘み取りを契約農家さんと一緒に行いました。ボトリングティー息吹に使用する畑です。
もともとアミノ酸が多い品種なので、食べても美味しい。
というわけで、今夜は天ぷらにします。

普段はデスクワークばかりなので、久しぶりに茶畑ワークしたら、気持ちが良いです。
明日は、おそらく筋肉痛。

Using for premium bottled tea IBUKI
Cultivar name: Kanaya Ibuki
(Marishi x Sayama Kaori)
New sprout is ‘One-core five-leaves’ and plucking ‘one-core three-leaves’.
Originally IBUKI cultivar has much amino-acid, but this way will make more amino-acid in IBUKI tea.
This is suitable for tempura, too.

It has been 10 years since the East Japan Earthquake.
Ten years ago, we launched a campaign in cooperation with the post office in Shizuoka to deliver new green tea to people in Tohoku area.
This is the picture we took at that time.
Sent our new harvest green tea to our customers & post office stuff in the Tohoku region with the desire to be close to them ♪

10年前記憶。
被災したお客様と東北地区の郵便局員さんに新茶を送ろうキャンペーンを行いました。
静岡浜松地区の郵便局さんと協力して行った催事でした。
この写真は、当時撮影した思い出深い写真です。

“Green tea burger" and "Green tea potato"
At Kadode Ooigawa
It was delicious! surprised! ️
There is no fishy smell of meat & good baking.
Maybe it's the deodorizing and bactericidal effect of tea!
The side order "green tea leaf fries & potatoes" was also nice.
The sprinkled green tea also had an impact.

滅多に頂かないのですが、お客様に併せて、
「緑茶バーガー」と「緑茶ポテト」
なる物を頂いてみました。
コレが、ヒット^_^
美味しかったです！驚きました‼️
よくあるお肉の生臭さがない！
焼加減もGood。
多分お茶の脱臭効果と殺菌効果ではないかと！
サイドオーダーの「緑茶の葉フライ＆ポテト」も一緒でしたが、振りかけてある緑茶ふりかけもインパクトあり。
もっと、声を大にして、緑茶バーガーのこだわりを主張しても良い気がする！
この際、話題作りに、もうひと工夫したらいいんじゃないかな？
