Strawberry Ice Popsicles / Ice Cream 🍓🍦

Ingredients

* 500 g fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
* 1 cup (250 ml) whole milk
* 1 cup (250 ml) heavy cream (or whipping cream)
* ½ cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk
* ¼ cup (50 g) sugar (adjust depending on how sweet the strawberries are)
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for a brighter strawberry flavor)
