Today I bought 2 amazing tamari soy sauces. Owner family is making small amount of soy causes which has thicker texture, stronger Umami, deeper color and much rich flavor.

As soon as i got home from the factory, tried soy sauce testing - comparing to supermarket soy sauce -, oh my, so good! Can’t say what is the taste but amazing! This is the best soy sauce ever i tried!

Since I came back to japan, it took quite long time for preparation, but finally Kinako caramel will be launch on 18/Feb🎉🎉

本番用写真撮影が終わりました。ようやく日本でもリリース準備が整いました。

Sablé kinako et caramel beurre salé.
Finally almost ready to launch this amazing sweets in Japan. It’s been 2 years since I left Europe. Time flies.
I remembered there’s beautiful Christmas decorations everywhere in Europe especially Strasbourg 🤩 sometimes I will attend some festival in Europe like before maybe. Until then, trying to make new and excellent sweets and foods!

I took this picture during covid time. No one was walking in Paris 1er. Now using it on my website top page 😉 if there’s no people I Paris, Paris is nice place 🤣
