Thank you for coming to my class!!!
We enjoyed cooking and talking together so much that we lost track of time!! Her surprised reactions while we were cooking were absolutely adorable.　
We talked a lot, and I even tried to introduce myself in Chinese using what little I remembered from my university days. She barely understood, but I was truly impressed by her beautiful Beijing pronunciation. It made me want to learn Chinese again in the future.
The most precious part of offering this class is the friendships I gain.
I truly enjoy connecting with new friends from all over the world.

They came all the way from the USA — welcome to my class!
I was so impressed that one of our guests even brought his own Japanese-made professional knife. His tuna slicing skills were fantastic!

We enjoyed a relaxed home-party style cooking session, making temari ball sushi, Japanese-style tofu hamburger steak, and mochi with green tea.
It was a delicious and fun time cooking, chatting, and sharing food together.

Welcome to Yokohama, all the way from Austria!
She has such deep knowledge of Japanese ingredients, and I was truly impressed by her passion.
No wonder—she is a private chef and the author of a wonderful recipe book!
Together, we enjoyed making colorful temari bonbon sushi, pairing it with sake, and finishing with sweets.
