Location: Landy Cakes & Pastries, Luanda

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef with a specialty in chapatis, samosas, and mandazi to join our growing team at Landy Cakes & Pastries.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and accountability to our kitchen, ensuring high-quality products that delight our customers daily.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce chapatis, samosas, mandazi, and other pastries to company standards.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control in all food production processes.
- Innovate and introduce new recipes while preserving authenticity.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize wastage.
- Ensure accountability in daily production, reporting, and teamwork.

Requirements
- Certificate in Food Production or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in preparing chapatis, samosas, and mandazi at a professional level.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability in kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Team player with good communication skills.
