Welcome to my page.
If you are here, there is a reason.
I am a narcissistic abuse survivor. I did not learn this language from books or trends. I learned it by living it, by losing myself slowly, by doubting my own memory, my own voice, my own worth, then by finding my way back.
This page is a piece of that journey.
Here, I talk about narcissism in plain words. The manipulation, the gaslighting, the silent punishments, the confusion that makes strong people feel weak. I talk about relationships, the good, the broken, the ones we stay in too long, and the ones that change us forever.
I also talk about healing. Not the pretty version. The real one. The days you miss someone who hurt you. The days you feel angry for staying. The days you finally choose yourself and it feels unfamiliar but right.
You will find truth here. Sometimes soft, sometimes uncomfortable. You will find motivation, not the loud kind, but the kind that helps you stand up again when nobody is clapping. You will find reminders that you are not crazy, not weak, not alone.
If you are recovering, questioning, learning, or rebuilding, you are welcome here. If my words help you name what you went through, then this space is already doing its job.
Stay if you need clarity.
Follow if you need strength.
Share if you know someone who needs to feel seen.
This page is my voice, but it is also for yours.
