Ingredients (makes 4 servings)

☆ 2 cups Santa Maria fusilli pasta
☆ 1/4 cup cooking cream
☆ Beef Fillet 1/2 kg thinly sliced
☆ 1 head of brocolli florets (seperated)
☆ 3 cloves of garlics, minced
☆ 1 white onion, finely diced
☆ 1 chilli , finely chopped (optional)
☆ 2 tomatoes, finely diced
☆ 1 medium green & yellow or red capsicum, sliced thinly lengthwise
☆ 1 tbsp cumin powder
☆ 1 tbsp paprika powder
☆ salt & pepper to taste

*** 1 cup reserve pasta water for the Sauce

To cook
1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
2. Blanch brocolli florets in hot boiling water. Remove and set aside.
3. Pan sear seaned beef. Remove and set aside
4. In a sauce pan on medium heat, add onions and chillies, and cook until the onions become transparent.
5. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cooking cream, stir in to blend. * Use reserved pasta water to get the desired sauce consistency.
6. Toss in the sweet peppers & blanched brocolli & seared beef. Immediately add the cooked pasta. Stir to combine.
7. Turn off the heat, and serve.
