🍲 Start thinking about dinner NOW so you are not stressed later!
Here is a super simple dinner idea for tonight that requires almost no effort! 🙌
One Pot Tomato Rice 🍚🍅
Ingredients:
🛒 Rice
🛒 Tinned or fresh tomatoes
🛒 Onion and garlic
🛒 Chicken or vegetable stock cube
🛒 Cooking oil
🛒 Salt pepper and spices
🛒 Optional — add any protein you have
Steps:
1️⃣ Fry onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes
2️⃣ Add blended or chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
3️⃣ Add your washed rice and stir everything together
4️⃣ Add stock cube salt pepper and spices
5️⃣ Pour in water — just enough to cook the rice
6️⃣ Cover and cook on medium heat until rice is soft
7️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy a delicious one pot dinner! 🍲

This one is quick simple and absolutely delicious — ready in under 30 minutes! ⏰🔥
Easy Vegetable Fried Rice 🍚
Ingredients:
🛒 Leftover rice or freshly cooked rice
🛒 Carrots green beans and sweet corn
🛒 Eggs — 2 to 3
🛒 Onion and garlic
🛒 Soy sauce
🛒 Cooking oil
🛒 Salt pepper and seasoning
Steps:
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic until golden
2️⃣ Add your chopped vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes
3️⃣ Push everything to the side and scramble your eggs in the same pan
4️⃣ Add your rice and mix everything together well
5️⃣ Add soy sauce salt pepper and seasoning to taste
6️⃣ Stir fry everything together for 3 more minutes
7️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy! 🍚🔥
