His & Hers Din din

Hers: Asian Steamed tilapia with ginger, leeks, garlic & celery. Finishes with a chilly lemon sauce and hot olive oil.

His:
Garlic
Ginger
Green Hoho
Salt
Black pepper
Cayenne powder
Onion
Paw paw
Soy sauce
Ketchup
Margarine
Milk
Vinegar

Chai na Keki

Ingredients:
White sugar 2 cups
Kasuku (veg fat) 1 cup
Eggs 4 mid
Flour 4 cups
Baking soda 2 tsp
Salt 1tps
Mashed overripe bananas 4 mid
Milk 1 1/2 cups
Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp
Vanilla 1 tsp

Method: Preheat over to 175°C
Cream fat and sugar, and add eggs one by one. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Add in dry mix to egg mix and combine well. Add mashed banana and mix well. Add milk and mix. Finish off with cinnamon and vanilla. Bake for 1 & 1/2 hours till toothpick comes out clean. Cool.and enjoy with a cup of chai.
