1.You discover your identity and purpose through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

2.God was thinking of you long before you ever thought about him. His purpose for your life predates your conception. He planned it before you existed, without your input! You may choose your career, your spouse, your hobbies, and many other parts of your life, but you don’t get to choose your purpose.

1. Right (Isaiah 45:9)
2. Ready ( Jeremiah 18:7-10)
3. Reigning (Jeremiah 18:4-5)
The potter always thinks good of us. He has the final say.
God doesn't need intervention. I need to rest in the hands of the potter and he needs to reign. The potter is full of compassion.

SIMILARITIES BETWEEN MELCHIZEDEK AND JESUS CHRIST
1. The name Melchizedek means "King of Righteousness " (Hebrews 7:2. Jesus perfect righteousness is credited to believers (Romans 4:23-25)
2. Salem means "peace" . Christ is Prince of peace (Hebrews 7:2)
3. Salem represents Jerusalem,from where Christ as King will one day reign (Isaiah 2:3 and 9:7
4. No beginning or end is recorded of Melchizedek : "Without father or mother, without genealogy,without beginning of days or end of life."Christ is from everlasting to everlasting, a Priest forever ,for those who come to him in faith (Hebrews 7:3)
5. Melchizedek gave bread and wine to Abram. Christ gives us Spiritual bread (His Flesh ) and spiritual wine (His blood ),which strengthen us for life and service for the Lord (Matthew 26:26-28);John 6:53-58
6. Melchizedek blessed Abram. Christ blesses us with all spiritual blessing (Ephesians 1:3)
7. Melchizedek received tithes. Christ receives tithes from us from all the goods He has given us.
