The report highlights critical areas such as global tea market trends, pricing at the Mombasa Auction, production volumes, value addition, farmer earnings, and policy reforms aimed at strengthening the industry. It serves as a vital roadmap in ensuring better returns for farmers and improving efficiency across the tea value chain.
