Dear all,

💓 Have you ever tried Royal cake, also called Trianon? 🤗

🍰 The bottom layer is a soft and moist hazelnut sponge cake.

🍰 The middle layer is crunchy praline feuillantine made with crispy French crepes Gavottes, milk chocolate, and hazelnut praline. This layer is the most delicious one and a signature of Royal chocolate cake.

🍰 The cake is topped with a creamy chocolate mousse based on whipping cream.
