NEW BEER!!!

오랜만이에요! 지난 한해 동안은 우리 모두에게 참으로 힘든 시기였습니다. 저희 또한 회사의 내실을 다지는 시간이 필요해서 원하는 만큼 시즈널 맥주를 만들어 내지 못하였습니다. 진심으로 죄송합니다.
'와! 이티'는 2021년 저희의 첫번째 시즈널 맥주로 영국산 맥아와 몰티드 귀리, 뉴질랜드산 홉, 미국산 효모와 역시 국산물로 만들어진 국제적인 맥주입니다! 😉

'Wai-iti(와이티)'라는 홉은 브루소스인터내셔널 덕분에 한국에 처음으로 수입하게 됐었는데, 갈매기브루잉에서서 처음으로 사용해 보았습니다. 이 홉은 풍부한 라임과 감귤류의 향을 맥주에 기여합니다. 한 번 드셔보시고 의견을 알려주세요! 오늘부터 갈매기브루잉의 모든 지점에 온탭되고, 3월첫째주부터는 서울의 주요 펍에서도 만나보실 수 있습니다.

Long time, no see! The last 12 months have been tough for us all. During these times, we haven’t been able to produce as many new beers as usual and, for that, we are terribly sorry. However, 'Wai-iti' represents our first new beer of 2021. A truly international beer brewed with English barley and malted oats, New Zealand hops, American yeast and of course, Korean water 😉

This is our first time working with the Wai-iti hop which, thanks to has only just started landing on the shores of Korea. The hop itself lends intense lime and citrusy flavors and aromas to the beer. Come on in, give her a try and let us know what you think! Available Busan-wide from today and at select locations in Seoul from early March.
