It's March, the harvest season for Jeju's winter radish! Winter radish, which has survived the winter, is famous for freezing and thawing repeatedly, becoming crunchy and sweet like a pear.🍐🫒

Today's harvest was done with about 10 Samchuns in Samdal-ri, Seogwipo, southeast of Jeju Island. It feels like spring already, and the warm air is enough to cool the sweat.😄

제주의 월동무 수확철인 3월입니다!
겨울을 견뎌낸 월동무는 얼었다가 풀어지기를 반복하여 아삭하고 배처럼 단맛을 내는것으로 유명하죠

오늘 수확은 제주도의 남동쪽 서귀포 삼달리에서 10명정도의 삼춘들과 함께 작업을 진행했어요. 벌써 봄인가 따뜻한 것 같으면서도 불어오는 바람은 땀방울을 식히기에 충분한 듯 합니다
