Spicy Mexican chorizo lasagna.

Home made spicy mexican style chorizo, made into a Ragu with freshly made passata, layered with home made ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and a bechamel, parmesan top.

800+ gram tray.

Feeds two comfortably without sides or a family of 4 with sides of your choice.

325,000 kip per tray.

Cooking instructions.

360f in oven for 25 mins.

(Timings may vary depending on oven, just heat until nicely browned on top and the pasta noodles are fork tender, then rest for 10-15 mins)

Spicy Mexican chorizo lasagna.

Home made spicy mexican style chorizo, made into a Ragu with freshly made passata, layered with home made ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and a bechamel, parmesan top.

With a fresh herby salsa Verdé on the side.

800+ gram tray.

Feeds two comfortably without sides or a family of 4 with sides of your choice.

325,000 kip per tray.

300f in oven for 25 mins.

(Timings may vary depending on oven, just heat until nicely browned on top and the pasta noodles are fork tender, then rest for 10-15 mins)
