ما في داعي تعملي كل شي بنفس اليوم 🤍

لما بلّشت أعمل ماكارون، كنت مفكّرة إنو لازم أحشي الـshells فوراً بعد ما يبردوا.

بس الحقيقة؟ مش ضروري!

إذا عندك طلبية كبيرة، فيكِ تخبزي الـshells مسبقاً وتحفظيهن بعلبة محكمة الإغلاق لحدود 5 أيام.

وهالطريقة بتسهّل عليكِ كتير الشغل، خصوصاً بالطلبات الكبيرة، وبتخلّيكِ تقسّمي الشغل على أكتر من يوم بدل ما تقضي نهارك كله بالمطبخ.

طحين اللوز ممكن يحتوي على رطوبة، خصوصًا إذا كان بيتكتّل بسهولة.
لهيك تنشيفه قبل التحضير بيساعدني أحصل على طحين جاف، ويعطيني نتيجة أضمن بالماكارون.

Some days I wake up excited.
