Some days, even thinking about cooking feels exhausting 😭

But eating well does NOT have to mean making complicated recipes or spending hours in the kitchen.

Sometimes a simple sandwich, eggs on toast, a yogurt bowl, or a snack plate is more than enough 🤍 Low-effort meals still count, and convenience does not make your choices “bad.”
