Go Baladi Highly innovative, grass fed and ecologically sustainable Goat dairy products! Go BALADI’s free range goats feed on pasture all day long🐐🌱

Hajjar Foods SAL is a leading company specializing in the production of grass-fed goat milk-based products. Since 2015 and under the brand name of “Go Baladi,” the company produces goat dairy products (including local essentials such as laban, labneh, halloumi, double crème, milk in addition to Kashkaval ) made from local goats’ milk. Having grass-fed goats as the base of the value chain (free of hormones and antibiotics), the company saves on water and energy usage noting that goats graze in the mountains, and pasture does not require irrigation. Moreover, the company offers shepherds in rural areas consistent economic opportunities while introducing them to technology to improve their production and the quality of their milk, which improves the shepherds’ livelihood and helps in building a sustainable ecosystem.
