We proudly source fresh coconuts from a small local farmer in a remote village. By buying directly from him, we help support his family and empower his humble business to thrive 🤍🤝
Once harvested, these coconuts are combined with pure Kithul honey or jaggery to create our traditional Kalu Dodol—made with love, patience, and generations of knowledge 🍯🥥
🌾 Surrounding us are golden paddy fields, where we harvest rice and carefully grind it into fine rice flour, an essential ingredient in Kalu Dodol.
