A simple, cheesy delight made with the smooth, spreadable goodness of Fondré, perfect for those little moments of joy at home, even when it's a spur-of-the-moment craving.

Serves: 1

What you'll need:

– 2 tbsp Fondré
– 4 slices of bread
– 1 garlic clove, finely minced (add more if desired)
– 2 tbsp grated cheese
– 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
– Salt & pepper, to taste

Method:

1️⃣ Mix the Fondré with garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.

2️⃣ Spread generously over each slice of bread.

3️⃣ Top with grated cheese.

4️⃣ Toast or grill until golden and melted.

5️⃣ Serve warm and enjoy!

One tub. Unlimited possibilities. From breakfast to dinner, one tub is all it takes to bring your favourite meals together, however the day unfolds.

A bowl of creamy comfort, made effortlessly smooth with Fondré!

Serves: 2

What you'll need:

– 1½ tbsp Fondré
– 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
– 1½ tbsp oregano
– ½ cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
– ⅔ cup chicken broth
– ¼ cup fresh cream
– 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup cooked spaghetti
– ⅓ cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
– Salt & black pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Method:

1️⃣ Melt the Fondré in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and oregano, then sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
2️⃣ Add the mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes until tender and lightly golden.
3️⃣ Pour in the chicken broth and fresh cream. Stir well, then add the Parmesan cheese and continue stirring over low heat until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add the cooked spaghetti and chicken, then toss gently until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
5️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
