Crisp shells+spicy filling+tangy pani = pure bliss✨🥰

This creation made my day yesterday & the motivation to the whole process gained from a chef at a hotel we visited in last December 2025 & the YT videos from various creators in India. As I understood, the fillings are vary to the region to region & to the culture. The shells are store bought & I just wanted to try them out & hope it was a win! ♥️💫✨😇

1. රතුබත්, බිත්තර බැදලා, ඉස්සරහ ගෙදරින් ලැබුණු රාබු දලු පොල්දාලා මළවලා 😇, අපේ ගෙදර ගහේ ඇඹරැල්ලා 😇, පතෝලවලට පරිප්පු දාලා කිරට උයලා.
2. රතුබත්, සාලයා මාලු කිරට උයලා, බීට්රූට් කිරෙන් උයලා, බ්‍රොකලි මැල්ලුම්.
