හිතනවද Dehydration කියන්නේ කෑම එක වියළලා පැකට් එකට දාන එක විතරයි කියලා? මමත් ඒකම හිතපු කාලයක් තිබුණා... හැබැයි ඒ වැරැද්ද මට ලොකු පාඩමක් උගන්නලා දුන්නා.

අද මේ වීඩියෝ එකෙන් මට වුණු වැරැද්දක් ගැන කතා කරන්න හිතුවා.

මම මුලින්ම Dehydration ඉගෙන ගත්තේ කොහොමද හොඳට Dehydrate කරන්න කියන එක. හැබැයි Dehydrate කරපු නිෂ්පාදනය හරියට Store කරන්නේ කොහොමද, Packaging කරන්නේ කොහොමද කියන දේ ගැන එච්චර දැනුමක් තිබුණේ නැහැ.

මේ තියෙන්නේ මම Dehydrate කරලා පස් බඳින්න පටන් ගත්ත පේර කොළ පැකට් එකක්.

මම මේක Dehydrate කරලා දවස් කිහිපයකට පස්සේ සාමාන්‍ය විදිහට Seal කළා. ඊට පස්සේ තමයි ආයෙත් ඇරලා Vacuum Pack කළේ. හැබැයි බලන්න... ඒ වෙද්දීත් පස් ඇවිත්.

එදා තමයි මට තේරුණේ Dehydration කියන්නේ වියළන එක විතරක් නෙවෙයි කියලා. හරි විදිහට Cool කිරීම, Moisture Control කිරීම, Packaging කිරීම සහ Storage කිරීමත් ඒ තරම්ම වැදගත්.

දැන් මම හරියටම දන්නවා හොඳ Quality එකක් තියාගෙන නිෂ්පාදනයක් Pack කරන්නේ කොහොමද කියලා. හැබැයි මේ වැරැද්ද නොවුණා නම් ඒ පාඩම මට ලැබෙන්නෙත් නැහැ.

ඕනෑම ව්‍යාපාරයක වගේම, Dehydration Business එකත් පටන් ගත්ත ගමන් සාර්ථක වෙන දෙයක් නෙවෙයි. ඒකට ගොඩක් කාලයක්, ඉවසීමක් සහ අත්දැකීම් අවශ්‍යයි.

Techniques ඉගෙන ගන්න ඕනේ. හොඳ Raw Materials තෝරගන්න ඕනේ. ඒ වගේම මුළු Process එකම නිවැරදිව දැනගෙන වැඩ කරන්න ඕනේ. මොකද අපි Dehydrate කරන්නේ නිෂ්පාදනයේ ගුණාත්මකභාවය ආරක්ෂා කරගෙන දිගු කාලයක් තබාගැනීමේ අරමුණින්.

ඒ නිසා වැරදි වෙයි. හැබැයි ඒ වැරදි වලින් ඉගෙනගෙන ඉදිරියට යන එක තමයි ඇත්තම ජයග්‍රහණය.

අපේ ඉස්සර ආච්චිලා, සීයලාගේ සමේ අළුහම් වගේ පෙනුමක්, දුර්වර්ණ බවක් හෝ පොඩි කැළැල් එන්න ගත්තම, පේර ගහෙන් අලුත් කොළ කඩාගෙන ඒවා හොඳට අඹරා මුහුණේ ගාන පුරුද්දක් තිබුණා.
