Before it became a dish, Ghee Pillaf was a tradition.
Slow-cooked over weekends, especially around Galle Fort, it filled homes with the aroma of ghee and brought families together around the table. Simple, comforting, and deeply rooted in memory.

At Persian Cove, we went back to those beginnings.
