This is a special Halloween recipe: Pumpkin Chai Latte with Masala Chai Extract.

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
4 drops (from 7.5ml) or 1 pump (from 100ml) of essentia Masala Chai Extract
2 tablespoons pumpkin spice sauce
Whipped cream (optional)
Pumpkin pie spice (Cinnamon, Cardamom and Clove)

Directions
In a small saucepan, combine water, milk, and pumpkin spice sauce.
Heat on low, stirring regularly, for a few minutes. Don’t let the mixture boil.
Pull two shots of espresso. If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can substitute 4 ounces of strong brewed coffee.
Drizzle chocolate syrup in your latte glass.
Pour the Pumpkin and milk mixture into the glass.
Add 4 drops or 1 pump of Essentia Masala Chai Extract (shake the bottle well prior to use & best to be added after preparation).
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
