🍯 Pooh’s Kitchen — Weekend Bake Off! 🇱🇰🥖
Nothing beats the comfort of fresh-from-the-oven Sri Lankan bakery classics! We’re firing up the ovens this weekend, but we need YOU to pick which iconic short eat or sweet bake we put on the menu:
🔺 Option A: The Classic Triangular Malu Paan (Fish Bun)
Soft, pillowy baked bread packed with a spiced potato and tuna/fish black pepper filling. The ultimate Sri Lankan tea-time hero! ☕
🌙 Option B: Sweet & Sugar-Crusted Kimbula Banis (Croissant Bun)
Golden, twisted Viennoiseries dough baked soft on the inside, with that signature crunchy sugar crust on top. Best enjoyed warm with a slather of butter!
🧅 Option C: Spicy Seeni Sambal & Egg Stuffed Bun
A rich, soft baked bun stuffed with caramelized sweet-and-spicy onion sambal and a boiled egg center.
Which Sri Lankan bake are you craving this weekend?
👇 Drop your vote (A, B, or C) in the comments, or tell us if you'd prefer a crispy Baked Chicken Patty! Voting closes tonight!
