Today we celebrate not only your birth, but the impact of your work, your character, and your unwavering commitment to our shared goals. Your dedication, wisdom, and integrity have strengthened this organization/community, and your leadership continues to inspire all who work alongside you.

You have shown us what it means to lead with both courage and compassion. Through challenges you have remained steady. In moments of success you have remained humble. The growth we have experienced is a direct reflection of the vision and sacrifice you bring to this role each day.
