Schueberfouer is back, from 21 August to 9 September. Luxembourg’s oldest tradition, loud,
bright and full of life on the Glacis. However you spend your evening there, between the lights and the noise, we’ll be raising something local to it. See you at the fair.

A few warm days and suddenly everything feels different again. Terraces fill up, evenings stretch a little longer, and cold drinks find their way back onto the table without a second thought. Just like that, summer is here.

In some of our traditional orchard meadows, the land is grazed in collaboration with local farmers. Cattle move through the same routes over time, and that repeated movement is what creates these paths, not planned, just formed by use. Grazing keeps the grass down without cutting everything at once, which means parts of the meadow stay untouched while others are opened up. That variation allows different plants, insects and structures to exist side by side instead of being reduced to one uniform surface. These meadows aren’t managed for a clean look, but for balance.

Exploring Luxembourg by bike?
Many cycling routes pass close to the Ramborn C***r Haff. Along the way, a visit can be combined with a guided C***r Haff Tour and tasting, offering an insight into the story, people and craft behind our c***rs. A different way to experience the countryside.

Not everything here is c***r.
In small batches, we also distill spirits, using the same fruit and the same approach, just taken a step further. These are limited runs, not constant production, shaped by what’s available and when it makes sense to distill. It’s a different part of the work, quieter, slower, and only in small quantities.

World C***r Day 2026 is in the books.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a glass with us and made the weekend so special. Seeing so many familiar and new faces enjoying c***r, food and the orchard together is what it’s all about.

See you again at the C***r Haff. 🍏

In an orchard meadow, it’s not just about the trees. Old trunks, moss, deadwood and spaces like this nesting box create habitats that go far beyond fruit production.

Birds, insects, fungi and countless small organisms all depend on structures like these. What looks rough or unproductive is often exactly what keeps the system alive. Biodiversity here isn’t added, it’s the result of letting things exist side by side.
