We’re taking you on a journey behind the scenes at Feierboun Roastery to showcase the art of roasting our Brésil coffee.
If you’re familiar with our last post on coffee roasting stages, you’ll recognize these key moments:
The Drying Phase, where moisture evaporates from the beans.
The Maillard Reaction, where sugars caramelize and deepen in flavor.
The First Crack, that satisfying sound that signals we’re close.
Getting the signature Feierboun profile just right requires meticulous attention to heat and timing.
Our beans have made it out of the cooling tray and are filling the air with incredible aromas!
