Gallberry Honey is Back! 🍯🐝
We’re happy to share that our premium Gallberry Honey has returned!
This delicious honey comes from our hives placed in the Florida woodlands. Our bees gather nectar from the delicate white blooms of gallberry shrubs that grow under tall pine trees. The result is a light, smooth, wonderfully mild honey that’s slow to crystallize, perfect for tea or toast, and packed with natural goodness.

Fresh Florida orange blossom honey is now available at the Ol' Packing House in Umatilla. Harvested this spring from our bees placed on Florida citrus groves, this year’s crop has a rich smooth flavor and true orange blossom taste that only comes from real Florida honey.

You can also find our raw wildflower and gallberry honey along with other local products.

Our Florida orange blossom honey is finally back!

This year’s crop wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for. The weather was a little off during the bloom, which made it a tougher season. But we’re thankful we were still able to harvest some, and what we have is the real deal.

A lot of “orange blossom honey” on the market today is actually imported or blended, and not truly from Florida groves. There’s a difference. True Florida orange blossom has a lighter, cleaner flavor that you just can’t replicate.

What we’re offering comes straight from our bees that we placed on citrus groves right here in Florida. No shortcuts, no blending—just raw, local honey from the bloom.

If you’ve been waiting for it, now’s the time. It’s limited this year.
