Behind the scenes at our production facility! 🏭🥒

The harvest season is in full swing, and we are currently processing freshly delivered, premium organic zucchini.
If you look closely, you’ll notice we process the zucchini with the skin on. Why? Because the skin is packed with essential nutrients! However, this approach requires zero compromises on quality. We can only do this because we strictly vet our organic farming partners, ensuring every vegetable is 100% organic, pesticide-free, and meets the highest safety standards.

Quality begins at the source. A huge thank you to our trusted local farmers for delivering the best ingredients for our products! 🌱

Today, we celebrated a highly symbolic milestone by officially laying a time capsule in the foundations of our major expansion project.

As we grow our total footprint to an impressive 8000+ sqm, we are expanding on all fronts. This project includes not only a significant upgrade to our manufacturing and warehouse capacity, but also a brand-new, modern office building to support our growing team.

This new foundation represents our long-term commitment to innovation, sustainable business growth, and scaling our ability to deliver high-quality, organic products to our consumers worldwide.

To mark this historic step, we sealed a message for future generations inside the time capsule - a snapshot of our company’s story today, our core values, and the incredible team spirit that is driving this expansion forward.

Whenever it is opened, one thing is certain: our foundations are built to last! 💪

A moment of immense pride for the "Rūdolfs" team! 🎉

On May 4th, the Restoration of Independence Day of the Republic of Latvia, a solemn ceremony was held at Riga Castle to bestow Latvia’s highest state honors. We are honored to announce that our CEO and Founder of SIA “Lat Eko Food,” Egija Martinsone, has been appointed Commander of the Cross of Recognition (Atzinības krusts).

Sixteen years ago Egija Martinsone founded "Lat Eko Food", creating the only company in Latvia that produces baby and children's food. Today, the export market has significantly surpassed domestic sales, and a large-scale expansion of the production facility is planned.
