Transfer the roasted carrots and beets to a large serving platter, arranging them in an overlapping colorful layer.
Scatter crumbled feta and toasted walnuts evenly over the vegetables.
Drizzle generously with the warm cranberry-honey glaze.
Finish with fresh parsley, thyme, orange zest, dried cranberries, and a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
Serve warm as a festive side dish.

Hard-Boiled Eggs with Pulled Chicken & Sautéed Veggies 🥚🍗

Fresh and filling—this high-protein easy meal seriously hits!

📝 Ingredients:

5 large eggs
1½ cups cooked shredded chicken
3 cups green cabbage, roughly sliced
1 medium carrot, cut into thin strips
½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Salt, to taste

🍽️ How to Make It:

1️⃣ Make the Hard-Boiled Eggs:

Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and boil until completely set, about 10–12 minutes. Cool, peel, and halve them for perfect boiled eggs, high-protein meal prep, and an easy healthy meal.

2️⃣ Prepare the Pulled Chicken:

Warm the cooked shredded chicken in a skillet with a splash of water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until tender and juicy. Keep the texture rustic and shredded for pulled chicken, lean protein meal, and a quick healthy dinner.

3️⃣ Sauté the Cabbage:

Heat olive oil and garlic in a skillet, then add the sliced cabbage and carrots. Stir-fry until slightly tender while keeping some crunch for sautéed cabbage, easy veggie stir-fry, and a healthy dinner side.

4️⃣ Add the Green Pepper:

Toss in the green bell pepper strips and soy sauce, cooking briefly so the peppers stay bright and crisp. Season to taste for a colorful veggie medley, quick skillet vegetables, and a low-carb meal.

5️⃣ Build the Plate:

Arrange the halved hard-boiled eggs across the upper-left section of a large square plate, pile the shredded chicken along the right, and spoon the glossy cabbage, carrot, and green pepper mixture across the lower-left. Serve warm or chilled for a protein-packed plate, simple meal prep, and easy family meal.

Best Steakhouse Steak & Sunny-Side Eggs with Golden Breakfast Potatoes 🥩🍳✨

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Servings: 2
Calories: approximately 780 kcal per serving

🛒 Ingredients

Potatoes: 500 g baby or Yukon Gold potatoes, 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ red bell pepper, ½ small red onion, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp parsley.

Steak: 2 steaks of about 225 g each, 1 tbsp neutral oil, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp garlic powder, and 1 tbsp butter.

Eggs: 4 large eggs, 1 tbsp butter or olive oil, salt, and pepper.

👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F (200°C fan). Simmer the diced potatoes for 5 minutes, drain, and let the surface moisture evaporate.
Season the potatoes with oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper and roast for 20–25 minutes, turning once. Add the chopped red pepper and onion during the final 10–12 minutes and finish everything with parsley.
Dry the steaks well, then season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat a grill pan or grill until very hot.
Grill for around 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or continue to your preferred doneness. Strong heat creates the dark seared exterior visible in the image.
Add butter toward the end if cooking in a pan, then move the steaks to a board and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Melt butter in a separate skillet and gently add the eggs. Cook until the whites are opaque and set while the yolks remain bright and soft; briefly covering the pan can help cook the whites from above.
Mix the roasted potatoes with the caramelized pepper, onion, and chopped parsley, checking the seasoning one final time.
Serve each steak with two fried eggs and half the crispy potato mixture, keeping the components separate to recreate the steakhouse-style presentation in the photo.

Notes: Letting steak rest after grilling improves serving quality and is also part of Food Network's grilled-steak methods. For firmer egg yolks, simply cover and cook them slightly longer.

Creamy Golden Chicken Curry Bowl with Garlic Butter Mushrooms and Warm Garlic Naan

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4 pieces garlic naan
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, and half of the garam masala.
Add the chicken and sear for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on the outside. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
Add the remaining vegetable oil to the same skillet. Add the chopped onion and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until softened and lightly golden.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the tomato paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, remaining garam masala, chili powder, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, to toast the spices.
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, coconut milk, and chicken broth. Stir well and add the brown sugar. Bring the curry to a gentle simmer.
Return the seared chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is tender and cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
While the curry simmers, prepare the mushrooms. Heat a separate skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until deeply golden and lightly caramelized.
Add the minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mushrooms. Cook for another 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant. Remove from the heat.
Stir the lemon juice and chopped cilantro into the finished chicken curry. Taste and adjust the salt or chili powder if desired.
Warm the garlic naan according to package directions or toast it briefly in a dry skillet until soft and lightly charred.
Spoon the creamy chicken curry into serving bowls. Arrange the sautéed garlic mushrooms alongside the curry and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately with warm garlic naan and fresh lemon wedges, allowing the naan to soak up the rich curry sauce.
