With the transition from 2024 to 2025 happening in the blink of an eye, Happy Bear Myanmar Pears Halves is proud to celebrate five months of standing alongside imported products in prominent locations like Marketplace by City Mart and Makro Wholesales.
People always wonder, “Why pears?”
The answer is simple and remains unchanged: Before Happy Bear was born, our parent brand Shwe Zee Kwet was already dedicated to transforming often more discarded than consumed product into value-added products.
With the mission to:
- Create employment and income opportunities for farmers
- Enhance the livelihoods of sellers, and
- Promote the health and well-being of consumers,
We introduced products like Galu Roselle and Quince Ready to Drink Juice and Shwe Zee Kwet Roselle and Quince Syrup, which stand as proof of this commitment.
This dedication also led us to be the first woman-led company in Myanmar to receive recognition with the ASEAN Inclusive Business Award in 2023.
