🔥🐐 Today at Dickmans Mongolia we took a short break from the hard work on the farm to enjoy something truly special: Yamani Botok.

I’ve never been a big fan of goat meat… but this dish completely changed my mind. The meat is seared on the outside with a torch, while hot stones and fresh vegetables cook it from the inside. The result: tender, flavorful and super authentic Mongolian cuisine.

A big thank you to my in-laws and friends for preparing this amazing meal. 🙏 It was also the perfect moment to celebrate the children starting school on September 1st.

Sometimes, between all the work, you just need to relax, eat well and share moments with family. ❤️

🌱✨ Our peas are growing beautifully at Dickmans Farm Mongolia! Healthy soil, good fertilization and our irrigation system ensure strong and nutritious crops.

These peas will be processed into super energy-rich animal feed – a vital support for livestock during the expected harsh Mongolian winter. With this feed, animals will stay stronger, lose less body weight and have extra reserves until spring. At the same time, the fresh peas are a delicious seasonal product that perfectly matches the start of a new, green season. 🌿🐄🐑🐎

We are proud to combine high-quality crops with real impact for both farmers and animals.

🥔✨ Our potatoes are thriving here at Dickmans Farm Mongolia! Thanks to rich soil, the right fertilization and our reliable irrigation system, the crop looks strong, healthy and absolutely delicious. We tested them already – and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Proud to see the hard work paying off! 🌱💧

Today, visited some of the most prestigious beef and dairy cattle farms in Belgium.

It was an incredible experience to witness the high level of professionalism and forward-thinking in these operations. Quality, animal welfare, and craftsmanship are clearly at the heart of everything they do.

We wish these top farmers all the best in their continued growth and innovation! 👏

This week, visited some fantastic agricultural businesses in Belgium.
