我們這家炭烘老店不知不覺近70年了，主打有炭烘包，撈麵，還有蔥油飯！我最近仲出左個瑞士雞翅！😋 有機會黎食個午飯/下午茶吧～～

Before I elaborate more, sorry to say that I am just bad at photoshoots...依然努力學習緊影好dd出品相🙏🙏

Anyways, 以下簡單介紹一下我們招牌推薦比大家：

黎得澳門食豬扒包/魚餅包，就一定要試試我地呢間老店的了。每個包都是即叫即做，用炭爐炭烘到香脆。通常我會重點推薦這幾款炭烘包（記得加蛋加芝士, 好食!）
-炭烘豬扒蛋包（加芝士）
-炭烘魚餅蛋包（加芝士）
-炭烘雞扒蛋包（加芝士）

至於麵食，如果喜歡湯的，我會建議轉做出前一丁，加上我們的秘製蔥油，特別香的。我們的秘製蔥油都是自家製熬出來的，所以同其他地方吃到的會不同，希望你們喜歡吧😊

Signature Fishcake Charcoal Grilled Bun with Egg and Cheese
招牌魚餅蛋芝士包

我影相自問一般，但這款包真的很好吃的！手打魚餅，口感特別好，很香口！加蛋和芝士，配埋鬆脆的炭烘包更加正！

My photos may not be that fancy, but flavour wise is definitely a hit! The fishcake is hand-pressed, not just press, I literally slam it on the table many times to enhance its texture. It is tiring, but the outcome is amazingly good and delicious.

Anyways, come for a try. I hope my efforts won't disappoint you. Cheers!

魚餅蛋出前一丁
Instant noodles with Fishcake and Egg

各位新年快樂！得閒過黎食野吧！喜歡湯的朋友仔，我會建議出前一丁，例如豬扒蛋一丁，魚餅蛋一丁，雞扒蛋一丁等。記得加埋我地ge秘製蔥油，更香！

Happy new year everyone! Time is flying quick. We are already back busying in our kitchens. Feel free to come for lunch or a meal.

A lot of friends ask me what this is. This dish is one of our recommended cuisines, fishcake and egg with instant noodles. You can also choose porkchops and chicken fillet as well.

If you are interested, try adding our home-made sprion onion sauce, it will lighten up the flavour even more, deliciousssss~~~

炭烘豬扒蛋芝士包
Charcoal Grilled Porkchop Bun with Cheese and Egg

Recently we had a busy weekend, yet we always do our best for quality assurance.

No doubt, sometimes you may need to wait a little as all of our food are instantly made. And truly, we are very grateful to have customers coming and enjoying our food happily. We indeed have worked our brains off everyday to make the best of the next day.

If you ever come over, and finds our food nice, feel free to hit me with a lovely compliment hahaha. I believe that would be a great gift to enlighten the day, cheers!

雞扒蛋撈幼麵
Lao Mein with Chicken Cutlet and Egg

除了豬扒和手打魚餅，我們也花了不少心思在雞扒的調味，做到外脆內軟，肉質要滑嫩的，配個撈幼麵也是不錯的選擇！喜歡香口的朋友仔記得加小小辣椒油！

Other than porkchops and fishcakes, our chicken cutlets are actually quite well delivered. Crispy on the outside, with juicy and tenderness from the inside. Those who like chicken must give it a try.
