The Food Coop sends its heartfelt condolences to the Azzopardi family following the passing of Henry, Secretary General of Coop Services. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones.

May Henry rest in peace.

Għal 30 sena, Henry Azzopardi kien membru ta’ Coop Services u bħalissa kien jokkupa l-kariga ta’ Segretarju Ġenerali.

Mhux se ninsew it-tbissima tiegħek, Henry. Id-dedikazzjoni tiegħek nibqgħu niftakruha u l-ħbiberija tiegħek nibqgħu ngħożżuha.

Strieħ fis-sliem, ħabib. Kondoljanzi mill-qalb lill-familja u lill-għeżież kollha tiegħek.

We’re holding our First Annual General Meeting (AGM) This is an important moment for our cooperative as we come together with our members to look back at our first year, share what we’ve achieved, discuss what’s ahead and, most importantly, continue building The Food Coop together.

Ingredjenti:
2 basliet mqattgħin fin
3 sinniet tewm
Brokkola mqattgħa fina
500gr faqqiegħ
2 tazzi ħalib ta' Benna (Malta Dairy Products Ltd.)
2 mgħaref ħwawar tal-ġobon tat-tursin ta' Bon Cuisine Brand
Nofs ġobna tat-tursin 🧀 💙
500ml krema friska ta' Benna
1kg għaġin
Ftit ġellewż imfarrak
Tursin biex iżżejjen

Metodu:

1. Ibda billi fi ftit żejt taż-żebbuġa u ftit butir taqli l-basal, it-tewm, il-brokkola u l-faqqiegħ.

2. Żid il-ħalib u l-ħwawar u ħallihom itektku fuq nar baxx.

3. Żid il-ġobon u kif idub, idħan it-taħlita b'hand blender (mhux kompletament).

4. Għalli l-għaġin u mal-ilma itfa' ponta melħ.

5. Żid il-krema friska, u kif l-għaġin ikun nofs sajran żidu mat-taħlita u erfa' l-ilma tal-għaġin ftit ftit mat-taħlita skont il-bżonn sabiex jibqa' kremuż.

6. Żejjen bi ftit frak tal-ġellewż u tursin frisk! 🤤
