Food that is fresh, wholesome, genuine and authentic! That is why I prepare food products that are seasonal, local and home-made. Because Malta’s got some amazing ingredients from the most dedicated of producers and hence I choose to embody the stories of this marriage between nature and culture in the products that I prepare. From the most delicious of jams made with sun-kissed Maltese fruits to
