Introducing what we believe are Malta’s first gluten free dumplings—made the Biang Biang way, with absolutely no compromise on flavour.

We’ve developed our very own gluten free wrapper and filled it with richly seasoned meats infused with gluten free soy. The result is everything you want from a dumpling: a tender bite, a seriously satisfying filling, and those bold, savoury flavours you come to us for.
