Smoke rising, sea breeze drifting, and a pan big enough to feed a small festival.

We watched the paella come to life step by step — first the sizzle, then the smoke curling into the harbour air, saffron slowly turning everything golden. Shells opened, prawns turned pink, and the whole crowd started gathering closer before it was even ready.

Then the serving began: plates passed around, wine poured without hurry, conversations getting louder as the sun dropped lower. Kids sneaking bites between dances, adults pretending they weren’t going back for seconds.

Somewhere between the harbour view and the last spoonful, it stopped being just food… and became the whole evening.

What's up team! Team de Iberico is close to my heart, and it's clear that even nature agrees! The warmth is unmatched, for sure! I'm thrilled to be part of this incredible initiative, the event at a local Secondary School, showcasing Spanish culture and tradition, and capturing moments of serving delicious Paella 🤤 so beautiful!
