This week is the final of our trip and the main reason of it too: I started a gelato hands on course at Carpigiani in Bologna.
Carpigiani is one of the world's most renowned gelato machines facturer in the world and I'm here hoping to learn the best ways to make artisan gelato and maybe add a touch of sweetness to the shop in the future🍦
