Inicia Ltรฉe is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Logistics Officer.

Main Duties

1. Plan and organise daily delivery routes and schedules.
2. Coordinate with drivers, commercial travellers, and vehicle assistants to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
3. Monitor vehicle compliance with safety standards and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
3. Ensure all transport activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Process customer orders and prepare loads for dispatch.
5. Ensure all delivery documentation and paperwork are accurate and completed on time.
6. Improve delivery route efficiency and optimise vehicle utilisation.
7. Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and enhance service quality.
8. Monitor driver and vehicle assistant behaviour, delivery safety practices, and vehicle condition.

Profile
1. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
2. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
5. Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Excellent time management skills.

Qualifications
1. Holder of a Higher School Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
2. A Diploma or Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management would be an advantage.
3. Knowledge of ISO 22000 standards would be an asset.
