How to eat without feeling guilty afterwards.
At first I couldnât believe I could eat without guilt.
Then I realised, it was how it was supposed to feel. For everybody.
But most people never get there. Because they never stop to ask why they reached for that specific food in that specific moment.
The moment you understand why you made that choice, you stop fighting yourself. You become your own bodyâs best friend.
And thatâs where everything changes.
