How to eat without feeling guilty afterwards.

At first I couldn’t believe I could eat without guilt.

Then I realised, it was how it was supposed to feel. For everybody.

But most people never get there. Because they never stop to ask why they reached for that specific food in that specific moment.

The moment you understand why you made that choice, you stop fighting yourself. You become your own body’s best friend.

And that’s where everything changes.

Save this if you needed to hear it. And if you want to get there, I’ll be happy to help. Comment LENS below.

Stress eating is not a lack of discipline.

Here’s why your eating patterns get affected when life gets heavy.

When life gets heavy, your nervous system reads it as danger. Actual survival threat. And it responds the only way it knows how.

For some, appetite increases. Your body stocks up energy, preparing for a famine that isn’t coming.

For others, everything shuts down. Food disappears from the picture entirely because your nervous system has switched off everything it considers non-essential.

Same stress signal.

Two opposite responses.

Both are your body trying to protect you.

This is not a character flaw. This is ancient biology meeting a modern hard day.

Understanding this is the first step to working with your body, instead of fighting it.

Save this for the next time you think you failed at eating well.

And if this sounds like your body tell me which one you are below. 😊

Most of us were taught to try harder when something isn't working.

But harder isn't always the answer.

Martial arts taught me that you don't force every movement. You practise until it stops feeling like a fight.

Eating well works the same way.

Not more effort. More practice.

Monday: grilled chicken and greens.

Tuesday: same.

Wednesday: one biscuit… becomes the whole packet.

Thursday: you order the pizza.

Friday: "I'll start again Monday."

If this is your week — it's not a discipline problem.

It's a lens problem.

I'm working with 10 women to change that.
14 days. Free for the first 10.
Closes 3 May.

You know that feeling when you’re standing in front of the fridge, not even hungry, just... looking?

Or when you order the salad and spend the whole meal thinking about what you actually wanted?

That’s not a discipline problem. That’s a lens problem.

For years I thought I just needed more willpower. More structure. A better plan.

Until I realised — it was never complicated. We just made it complicated.

I’ve spent two years building something for the woman who knows roughly what’s healthy but still can’t make a decision she feels good about.

It’s called the 14-Day Eating Rhythm Reset. And I’m opening it to 10 women before it officially launches.

I spent a long time trying to stop cravings.

I thought they meant I lacked discipline
or that something was wrong with me.

What I learned instead
is that cravings aren’t random
and they’re not a personal failure.

Seeing them this way
already changed how I respond around food.

Eating “better” wasn’t what changed things for me.

Food freedom wasn’t eating “better”.
It was awareness.

Noticing how certain foods affected my sleep,
my skin,
my mood.

Understanding why my body reacted the way it did. No more guessing.

When I started paying attention,
food got quieter,
and I could finally hear what I actually needed.

I thought eating less was discipline.

What conscious eating taught me instead was something simpler and deeper.

Food isn’t a test.
It’s support.

When I stopped trying to eat less and started choosing food
to actually fuel me,
my body relaxed.

That sense of certainty, knowing food would be there,
knowing I wasn’t negotiating anymore, is what made me feel safe around food.

And when safety came back,
the constant thinking about food started to fade.

🤍 Heart this if it hits home.
