Starting his journey in Mauritius, Chef Kevin has won several culinary awards before moving to other countries namely Egypt, Qatar and Macau where he has been constantly learning, improving his

craft and his passion for the cuisine under the guidance of some of the best chef in the world including 4 years at the IDAM by Alain Ducasse restaurant in Qatar. Passion by Kevin guarantees quality food and ensures that they are prepared under strict hygienic conditions while respecting all the standards and using quality ingredients.
