This where you begin to control your production costs and you make it hard for the workers to cheat you when you are unable to be around (Once your workers know that you know what they know, they lose power over you)

By the way alimi azanga let us put structures on our farms that will encourage infiltration so that in the passage of time, we can recharge our water table.

Its amazing how we let rain water run down stream only to begin to haunt for the same 2 or 3 months down line.
