SAUSAGE ROLLS🌭🌭

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Instant yeast
pinch salt
2 tbs Butter
6 Sausages
2 cups of Flour

The process:

✅Mix milk and eggs, stir well.
✅..Mix the other ingredients
✅After that kneed the dough until smooth and soft then cover again
✅Then let it kuti ifufume(20 to 25 in a mild hot temperature)
✅Then tiyeni tipange roll mmene tipangira chapati.
✅Sausage yathu tingophika pqngono kuti iphye nkati
✅Tipange roll to make them flat...then put sausage on middle...take a cutter and start cutting the dough next to sausage.
✅Kenako kuyamba kuluka ngati mesh
✅Then brush with beaten egg...
✅Now...you can bake as it is or put sesame seeds
