As I stand in my office, looking out at the city, I think about my journey. At 25, I'm the CEO of Atu-kile Service Agencies Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth and communities. Our mission is to provide opportunities for growth, education, and development, with a special focus on inclusivity and accessibility.
Our foundation offers various programs, including:
- Technology skills training for people with disabilities, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the digital world
- Mentorship initiatives, pairing youth with experienced professionals
- Community projects, focusing on health, education, and environmental sustainability
- recruiting students to study abroad
We believe that everyone deserves access to technology and the opportunities it brings. Our technology skills training program is designed to be inclusive, providing:
- Adaptive technology training
- Digital literacy programs
- Career development support
One of our participants, who is visually impaired, said: "The technology training program opened doors for me. I gained skills, confidence, and a sense of independence."
As CEO, I'm proud to lead an organization that makes a difference in people's lives. Our team works tirelessly to create a more inclusive and accessible world, and I'm committed to continuing our mission.
