Black tahini
I originally bought black sesame to support hair growth and health. It has beneficial effects on growth and also reverses the growth of gray hair. I wish I had some (I think there are 3 😁) and on the contrary I am happy about them. I more or less had a lot of hair due to my body's inability to absorb the necessary nutrients when I got sick. So I wanted to make a spread, but first the idea of pesto came up, since I think it was almost winter, I was collecting the last leaves of dandelion, cornflower and parsley in the garden and just thinking about my mouth is watering😁. Recently, I remembered the rest of the seeds in the cupboard and excitedly started throwing everything and pouring it into the blender. While pouring out the rest of the sesame oil, I remembered that I forgot to fry the seeds a little 🤦♀️ but it doesn't matter... next time. But tahini is great anyway(well, at least it tastes that way to me, because not everyone likes that taste) that I have to restrain myself in using it...
In the video, you can see how I spread it on an imperfect bread that didn't want to grow much, but it was still edible 😂
